Returns Policy

Should you decide that you wish to return the products that you have purchased, please contact us to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you received the goods. The cost of return carriage is covered by the customer. Subject to the above, we will gladly refund the money within 30 days. Valid proof of purchase shall be required.

The equipment must be returned in the same condition as supplied and must not be used, should this not be the case, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Some items such as cut to measure tube and boards cannot be returned unless agreed prior to purchase. 

How to Return/Exchange

To return the products, please keep all packaging and return the goods in the same condition that they were sent to you. When returning an item you must provide your name, address, telephone number and whether you would like a replacement of a refund. Please note that refunds can only be given to the original payer.

In the rare event that an item has been delivered 'damaged' or 'faulty' we will require photographic evidence of the issue before issueing a replacement or a refund. If you are unable to provide photograpic proof of the issue, the buyer would be requiered to return the items to our depot, at their cost, for inspection before a replacement or refund could be issued.
